Coca-Cola
Industry | Historic Preservation
I got my start restoring Coca-Cola murals in 2019 as a member of the Color the World Bright mural team at the University of Georgia. My very first project with the team was restoring a historic Coca-Cola wall mural. What started as a single restoration grew into a multi-year effort, traveling across Georgia to bring faded and weathered vintage Coca-Cola murals back to life, preserving pieces of small-town visual history along the way.

The work has taken the team to Danielsville, Wrightsville, Sandersville, Cartersville, Thomaston, Elberton, and Conyers, each site presenting its own challenges in matching original hand-lettering, aged color palettes, and decades-old sign-painting techniques. Every restoration balances historical accuracy with structural durability, ensuring these iconic brand landmarks remain a source of local pride for years to come.
